The 20th Annual Tournament of Champions Band Review has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 15, 2008 due to a conflict with the new NCBA Fall Championships. The 2008 Tournament of Champions will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2008. Band Directors, you can now download our application forms directly from this website. Click on the links below to access the documents in .pdf format. The Tournament of Champions (TOC) is one of the premier Band Reviews in Northern California. Hosted by The Scarlet Brigade, bands from all over the state compete in a parade competition down the center of Dover Street in the city of Fairfield. The Concert competition follows with an awards ceremony held in Schaefer Stadium later that afternoon. Finally, the Field Show competition takes place in the evening with another awards ceremony wrapping up an eventful day. The TOC is one of our largest annual fundraisers. Many companies provide donations and advertising support to help sponsor the Review. We receive many compliments regarding our hospitality from other band organizations. We raise a significant amount of money, and the community and the Band receive much public recognition. It takes every parent and every student in the Band to make this a success, especially two weeks prior to the event to the day of TOC. Schedule
