The Tournament of Champions (TOC) is one of the premier Band Reviews in Northern California.  Hosted by The Scarlet Brigade, bands from all over the state compete in a parade competition down the center of Dover Street in the city of Fairfield.  The Concert competition follows with an awards ceremony held in Schaefer Stadium later that afternoon. Finally, the Field Show competition takes place in the evening with another awards ceremony wrapping up an eventful day.
